By using the MyVA application developed by ProyectoNube, you agree to the following Terms of Use.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MyVA on your personal devices. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
Premium features may include, among others, background GPS automatic odometer, AI-based recommendations, and custom service types. Availability may vary by platform and region.
If you enable the automatic odometer, the app may use background location solely to estimate vehicle mileage. Use the app responsibly—do not interact with it while driving.
MyVA and all related content (trademarks, logos, code) are the property of ProyectoNube or its licensors. Your use of the app does not grant any ownership rights.
AI-driven recommendations are informational and do not replace professional diagnosis or maintenance. ProyectoNube is not liable for decisions made solely based on such suggestions.
To the extent permitted by law, ProyectoNube shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and cancel your subscription through Apple or Google Play.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Buenos Aires City, unless mandatory law in your country dictates otherwise.

If the user enables this option, the app may access background location solely to automatically estimate the mileage of the registered vehicle. This information is used locally to update the service history and to notify the user when maintenance is approaching.

The app offers free features and an optional premium version through in-app purchases. We do not store banking information; the entire process is handled through Google Play and/or Apple (App Store) depending on your platform.

MyVA includes an optional AI-based assistant that generates personalized vehicle maintenance recommendations. These suggestions are based exclusively on the technical data entered by the user (such as service history, dates, and mileage) and are processed by a language model provided by OpenAI.
The AI does not access personal information or sensitive device data. Recommendations are informational and do not replace professional diagnosis. This feature is optional and can be disabled in the app settings.
